Since 2022, Kiel has been a valuable member of the AIM | Bonneville team, bringing along a wealth of knowledge in social media management. He has worked with numerous brands and companies, from professional sports franchises to regional retailers, and possess a deep understanding of the industry. In addition to his work in social media, Kiel is actively involved in supporting local LGBTQ+ and arts organizations, such as Logan Pride House, Utah Symphony | Utah Opera, and the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.
